Is my information totally confidential?
Maintaining your confidentiality is critical to us. The information you provide in these reports will only be known to Strategic Consulting and Training Pty Limited. It is up to you to determine whom you wish to share this information with (eg your business coach, accountant etc).
Who are my results compared against?
You are compared against the average of firms with current data in our database. A comparison against the average of the top 25% of firms based on net profit (after allowing a notional salary for working owners) is also provided. For reasons of confidentiality we are unable to reveal the names of participating firms.
What if my business has special characteristics - will I still be able to compare my practice with others?
Comparison to the whole data set will provide you with an overall indication of your performance. We also conduct a relativity analysis that provides you with comparisons against firms with a similar number of staff, from the same state, city or regional based, similar levels of FUM and similar total income.
