How much coaching will I receive?

SCAT continues to pioneer multiple levels of coaching support to underpin the implementation effort and skill alignment of participants and their team members.

What Implementation Support can you expect?

1. Monthly Telephone Coaching Support

A SCAT coach will conduct a 45 minute coaching call with your firm every month between in-house coaching sessions. The focus of the call will be to keep participants on track with their program goals and to focus on any opportunity, challenge or breakdown that may be present.  Why? No matter how well planned the learning is or how defined the participant's golas, life always intervenes. Our SCAT coaches are there to assist your learning group overcome inevvitable obstacles whilst encouraging them to use the program to its fullest extent.

 2. Monthly Telephone Coaching Support

Each participant will be tested on core subject matter relevant to the mastery tactics they are implementing for that quarter. This will provide the basis of each participants accreditation as being on the Cultivating Advice journey.  Why? Studies indicated that the major reason people do not meet goals is lack of accountability to known learning outcomes. Quizzing participants on their understanding and implementation of tactics learned is an important objective assessment of their skilling progress. It also assists their SCAT coach to guide their individual coaching support.

 3. Quarterly Benchmarks

A quarterly Dashboard report is a key method of keeping track of the internal progress towards objectives. SCAT coaches will drive the collection of this detail each quarter using both our web-based dashboard and a complete thorough dashboard at the end of each financial year. Why? We want your implementation to be successful on purpose. Benchmarking allows your SCAT coach to complare productivity, performance and profitability both internally and externally compared to other firms on the Cultivating Advice journey as well as global best practices.

 4. 24/7 Virtual Coach & 48 Hour Response

We will offer participants a 24/7 email address to support your firm's implementation efforts. We will response within 48 working hours. These are questions that you have either not received an answer to or your internal learning group believes it has a unique issue to overcome. Why? Our research indicates that on-the-job coaching yields enormous benefits to participants. We want to make the electronic equivalent of a 24 hour per day coach available. The 'virtual coach' will be available to answer questions from each participant or their learning groups to give your firm as much coaching support as possible.

 5. Content Webinars

Each participating firm will be offered access to SCAT's regular Webinars to assist your whole firm with an understanding of the Cultivating Advice theories. Why? The purpose of the coaching program is to get your firm into effective implementation. Our Webinars will help you to accomplish this and get the program information into your firm's blood stream.
