Cultivating Advice will provide you with everything to assist you in achieving one goal: to successfully attract, win, service and retain the quality private client.from each coaching session you can expect:
- Individual vows (must achieves) and leaps of faith (outcomes outside personal comfort zones) for both the firm and every team member on the program
- Specific quarterly development goals that objectively measure progress and performance against commmitments
during the program you can expect:
- The development of at least one research-based white paper' for every team member
- Critique on at least one advice conversation every month for every adviser
- Critique on at least one advice map every month for every adviser
- Monitoring of the firm's "SMART" numbers (development numbers e.g. cliet face-to-face time) every month
- Creation and implementation of your Pricing Committee to oversee the pricing, quoting and pitching of your advice work
- To attract, implement and thrill at least 5 new ideal advice clients for each adviser
- To attract, build and implement at least 1 new strategic alliance
