Attendance
4 (i.e. quarterly) x 1 Day Cultivating Advice Workshops (9.00am – 4.30pm) in Sydney. People learn skills differently. We will attempt to skill each participant in core subject matter to a level of mastery effective for their current and future roles. Research based materials, role plays, critiques, workshops, and lectures are some of the methods used to build participant confidence in applying our scripts, templates, principles, and theories. Ideally at least two people from your firm will attend to accelerate and support your implementation.
Monthly Progress Reviews
A SCAT coach will conduct a 45 minute progress call with your firm every month between workshop sessions. The focus of the call will be to keep participants on track with their program goals and to focus on any opportunity, challenge or breakdown that may be present. No matter how well run our workshops are, business life between workshops always intervenes. Our SCAT coaches are there to assist your implementation to overcome inevitable obstacles whilst encouraging you to use the program to its fullest extent.
Each month your firm must submit evidence of your implementation efforts for assessment by our coaches. These could include examples of your client engagement conversations (i.e. transcripts), your terms of engagement letters to clients, your pricing models, or your progress towards goals.
Fees
Annual Professional Fees for Cultivating Advice Workshops are $15,500 + GST.
Additional participants from your firm are charged an extra $1,500pa + GST to attended. Our experience implementing Cultivating Advice with over 250 firms has shown us that when there are multiple people from a firm attending, the implementation is quicker and so are the results. Consider bringing people who will be in client meetings with you, who want to learn, and who want to help you build a great advisory firm.
Your commitment is for at least one year with fees payable quarterly, in advance of each workshop session.
